Just see how it pans out, maybe pm the mods over there for progress reports and if nothing is resolved post to warn other members about the seller. I hope it works out for you as it's not nice being ripped by fellow members, especially when they're ex-mods...good luck...

UPDATE:

VK had gotten back to the geeks mod. He said watch not in his hands and definitely shipped. NO PROOF OF SHIPPING STILL.

Mod asks me what i wanna do.

My reply:

I want the right thing done bro.

Why cant he provide a scan of the shipping document? From his side to germany and germany to my side?

It just makes me feel that he did not ship at all. He wanna say its lost in german customs but its all words. No proof nothing.

Anyone can give a fake trackin number and say its the po's fault, anyone. But show the tracking receipt.

If he wants to refund me the money while we still wait for the package to reach me, i'm fine with that.

But oh, i just somehow know when he sent me back the money, shortly the 239 is found on his or german side and he wouldnt sell it to me then.

@pf: I think the members of RWI and RG have been given a fair warning from your experience, and I for one appreciate you sharing it. I'm also sure that many, many members will think twice before dealing with VK now. At this point, if I were you, I would just accept the refund and consider the matter closed.
