It can be done if you buy a 5726 rep, dlc coat the watch case, dial and bracelet, and custom make the dial, hands, moon disc. Trust me I've thought about this project myself hahaha.

If you ever got into working this out. I would be glad to cover the rep cost+ the work and supplies to mod the watch as long as the total cost stays under let's say 5k€/$ with expectional quality. Totally in love with this!
I myself wouldn't know where to begin with the build, nor am I anywehere near the skills to complete it.
The dial however seems to be flat instead of the typical row design, so that would have to be figured out, along with the patek stamping to finish it off. It would have to be years in the making to get right. Just saying it is possible to make a rep look like that given that youll have to custom make all the dial features and hands. I would buy a regular replica patek and DLC it to scratch the itch of blacked out pateks like in this post here: https://forum.replica-watch.info/forum/patek-philippe/8677223-gen-nautilus-5712-dlc-and-rep-5726
Note that is a gen, but any rep nautilus with DLC coating would provide the same aesthetic. Rep + DLC coating would run you about 2k. If however you are deadset on the 5726 abloh watch, invest that 5k anywhere else because at the end of the day, it's just a rep, unless you're into those kinds of things
The watch looks killer! Was watching talking watches on Hodinkee with Pras yesterday. He takes credit for the black ceramic AP perpetual and said ‘can you imagine if there was an all black PP nautilus....’ guess Virgil was watching haha
