What's wrong with them? How are they "crap" ?

Start posting more pics. It'll help us visualize the issues you're having. You may get more help that way.

The first one from the left is the usual crap.
The middle one is the working perfect stock ones.
The last is modded to accomodate the slimmer case and locks fully.

Updates : at this point whats left to be done, still working hard :
1. only the midcase position for the crown is slight off and not drilled to the correct crown tube size. (COMPLETED)
2. Hands are not mounted yet. (SUB hands done but still loose , left hour , minute, chrono )
3. crown stem not fixed to rep AP crown. (COMPLETED)
4. midcase back not sandblasted with media for better outlook.
5. main case measures 6.6-6.7mm (completed flushed thruout)
6. Gasket channel

I'm still scratching my head over the weekends.
The rep sub hands are too small. Using a needle to poke it opens up, and able to fit the LWO, but its loose now.
The rep hour and min hands are simply too much bigger as well. Even the rep second hand unable to fit. I made it bigger, but is loose, after a few times of resetting, it springs out.

Any ideas guys....

Hate to tell you, but you may have ruined your hand set. You'll need to epoxy them in place. This is a skill that isn't easy to do...so be careful!

Here's what you're shooting for!

Yep. There's an art to it...and I won't even try to explain it.

There are a lot of guys on RWG that could.

Keep at it.
