I have read this 3 sites and must say its a total clown show.
"I am the best period" versus "i know all about xy".

We have a saying here that goes like this:

"Pack beidi ine Sack u hou mitem Chnüppu druuf de breichsch garantiert dr richtig"

Means basicly if you put those idiots in a bag and hit the bag, the chance is 0% you hit the wrong idiot😂
I love Schwizerdütsch (not that I can understand many).

@Flandadcash , could you perhaps post a video showing your plating process? What I would be interested in seeing is from the bracelet going in the solution with one link kept to the side for comparison through it being removed from the solution. I am not interested in the composition of your electroplating solution. I would just like to see a little insight into what is done and how much of a difference there is. I am still trying to maintain an open mind. I think demonstrating something like this on a large forum like this one would be beneficial to your business. I'm not interested in showmanship or talking without answering directly questions, I just want to see your process with commentary so these reoccurring questions can be put to rest one way or the other. If you can demonstrate how you plate and the process looks legit (I've seen reference to things said such as using a dirty bucket for the solutions container which I don't believe to be accurate) you would win my confidence should I desire a gold piece in the future. Ideally, I would also like to see a side-by-side versus a piece of genuine rolex gold, your plating after the video and stock replica piece, but I acknowledge that you may not have access to such a peace.

I can appreciate that, everything you just asked for is already done and on my Reddit page.. I’m adding to it constantly.. And yes with comparing my Gen’s right next to the finished plated reps..

So I have read through most of the comments on the post, I (OP) have not had any dealings with Flan personally. I have inquired about a watch from Aseem through text messages that have had Flan's services done to the watch. Never pulled the trigger.

It is odd to me however, I have seen multiple watches for sale in the M2M sales area, where not a single one of the sellers complain about the quality of the plating done by Flan.

I have recently been visiting Flan's reddit page where he posts videos of his process, pressure testing, plating, and the "mini services" (for what it's worth I know absolutely nothing about servicing a watch).

I am not a "shill" nor am I defending Flan/Aseem. Although I will say Flan has seemed somewhat "dodgy" when asked on this forum about his plating process, maybe that is just because he has posted it on reddit.

I do think I will try him out... I am under the impression that people can change and do better. I haven't been burned by him and until I personally have a bad experience, I generally try not to draw a 100% set in stone opinion. I greatly appreciate RWI and all of the staff here and what they do for the community, you guys are awesome!

Again, I totally understand that if i purchase a watch from flan and get burned, there is absolutely nothing the staff here can do to help me. I accept that and will not come to this wonderful place to whine and complain about my woes. I will however, post (as long as allowed by mod team) a detailed review of my experience with the process, positive or negative. Stressing the part where I said as long as it is allowed to do so by the mods! By no means am I urging for flan to become a TD here, that is not what this is about. I just want an accurate representation of a precious metal watch, and quickly, as he is a US based seller lol.

Again, I just want to say how much I truly appreciate this forum. All the work that goes in to making it a safe place for us replica enthusiasts by the mod team is incredible! Most of us have busy lives outside of RWI, and so for the mods to put as much time and effort into it as they do is amazing!
As you can see from my profile, I have not been here very long in comparison to other members. I am very "green" in the replica world of watches, and watches in general. Great forum, great mods, and great members, thank you RWI!

I did on two pieces... the first is a VSF rose gold date just 36mm and the second is a 40mm VSF no date sub. I love both of them, Aseem is super quick to respond, friendly and overall just pretty nice to deal with. You'll receive the watch extremely fast compared to overseas TD's as he keeps quite a large number of watches in stock.
I did have some plating issues with the RG date just though... quite unfortunate, Flan does not seem to do "re plates" so I had to order another bracelet brand new from factory. Put in the order through aseem last night.
I'm not entirely too upset about the ordeal because it is a few hundred dollar watch imitating a multi THOUSAND dollar watch. Would I recommend them?
Yes, you are going to pay more for their watches, but you get the timegrapher printout, water pressure test print out, EXTREMELY fast shipping, and if you're getting a yellow gold VSF watch you don't get the cheddar cheese look.
I'm not so convinced that the rose gold is all that much different from factory PVD. I just got in a Full rose gold Daytona from Steve at theonewatches... It might look "slightly coppery" but its really miniscule IMO.
If you don't mind waiting 1 - 4 months for a watch, I'm not so sure it's worth it... kind of dependent upon the person and what your expectations are.
I am so impatient it's bad... :ROFLMAO:
