Same for me:
15/01 paid - QC pics - approved
21/01 first traking number received
first traking number returns (on EMS website): item delivered in GuangDong
27/01 asked info - quick reply with a new traking number
new traking number returns item was collected

This is not a problem for me, I'll wait and see what happens.

ps. i'm italian and this is my first purchase

My Exp II shipped via DHL today after pushing back on first QCs ... will keep you updated on progress. Toro was great (and patient) during the entire QC process with very little lagging between email responses. Not too sure about the confusion over the tracking numbers or issue with triangular shipments but am curious to hear how it all works out for you. Just committed to purchasing the V6 sub (great price) via email today as I have faith in his efforts and continued support.

Apparently he has a problem with his contact in Spain. It's not easy to handle this from CN and that's understandable. I wrote him a polite mail again and he replied that he will contact someone in Spain to pick up my package. Does it happen? I hope so and if not all I can do is to pull a helpdesk ticket.

I'm disappointed about his communication. He is way too passive.

He answered me this morning saying that yes the parcel was delivered and he would forward me the new tracking code "shortly"...

If there's something I learnt is that probably is not always the same person answering the emails.

You are a lucky guy. :) I've never got a tracking number without mailing him. I have a second watch on the way (dear God, please not to Spain) and honestly I'm too afraid to ask for a tracking number.

Good luck to you.

Well I wouldn't call myself lucky I'm waiting from ages lol

Let's see how it evolves, shortly for me means a couple of hours? We're already far from shortly

My package is still at the Correos. I dont know how long they will keep it before they will send it back to CN. In Germany it's 7 working days. It't the 7th day tomorrow in Spain. In that case Toro has come up with a plan. Maybe a replacement to the UK and a talk with his employe about his work attitude. ;-)

So, Toro's plan is to pick it up today and send it to me with UPS. I hope this guy above /\/\/\/\ is able to manage this.

Nothing happened. Time is running away... tick tack, tick tack. I don't know why it is so difficult to pick up a package.

Think about good life in Spain: Siesta, Bodega, Playa, Disco and Girlfriend, the other good thing about, is that at the very last second normally and in a wonderful way "things just work out". You see, there´s a guy who knows a guy and the aunt of this guy has a daughter who works at the local post office - so she kept the package to just be picked up. Than there´s the postman who "tried delivery" (of course he didn´t, it was just too hot that day) - on the tracking there is 1 second between attempted delivery and arrival at the delivery office.
Over 12 good purchases from Toro have arrived well via Spain including those just before CNY, before X-Mas, before Easter and the wondersome fastest (2 days, watch was already in Spain) and the slowest (5 weeks). In the latter the guy receiving it in Spain took over 14 days, it was driving me nuts....
Long story short: there´s still lots of hope. Wish You luck:)

An Irish linguist was being interviewed about common expressions in Ireland. He was asked if there was an Irish expression equivalent to the Spanish expression "mañana" (i.e. Why do today what can easily be put off till tomorrow?).

The linguist thought about it for a while. Lots of head scratching. Finally he came back with an answer: "I have no idea if we have any expression for that level of urgency".

My package is finally picked up and now ready to ship forward. I don't know the reason for the delay but I'm happy that it's not on the way back to China.

Mine is somewhere but the tracking is dead, never experienced such a slow and troubled shipping.

Well done with the update, these threads often get forgotten. The world just looks happier when the package is nearer to being on the way again:)
