I have been waiting for 6 weeks since ordering my 126500 Daytona and was told that they had received a VSF instead of the Clean Factory that I ordered which I declined. After multiple emails they have now said that a 116500 has arrived. I am getting very frustrated with the poor communication & customer service.

Standard procedure: Before discussing anything, let's first verify that you're in touch with the legit Puretime and not an impostor/"Fake Puretime"...

Where exactly did you look up their contact credentials? Through Google or through their sub section on RWI? Can you post the email address(es) you used to communicate with them? Thanks.

Remember: patience is key in this hobby.
And honestly Clean and VSF are so close in that model that I would not extra wait.
