50/50 success rate when ordering overseas? Where did you pull that number out of? That's a totally preposterous statement...
For me, the success rate is 100. I live in the country with the worst customs authorities in Europe.

@eBoy , I don't know what's going on. Don't waste the efforts to even engage some of these trolls. Literally every person here knows that hundreds are mailed, few are seized or not delivered. If a single member has a problem in his or her area due to seizures or theft, that's exclusive to them and not the world as a whole.

Hardly trolling its just part of the territory there's a risk. There's always a risk when ordering through customs. I choose to buy domestic and sometimes I still gamble. That's awesome you'll have had better luck ordering overseas. I'm not casting shade on TDs they pretty much all come from overseas so at some point it has to go through customs. I prefer to buy a watch and pay more that I can get Domestic from someone who has already received it from overseas. It's just the nature of the industry you'll have great success rate awesome I was commenting on a post on a seizure and found the watch for sale in Canada so could've avoided that. Some places in the world have harder times getting through customs. I'm not saying don't buy a product that you have to buy from overseas. I'm just stating the obvious risk and solutions. We have a difference in opinion. Will this thread started I already bough and received a watch in the U.S.A. to prove this point. You'll come at people like this when they are new doesn't speak highly of this forum. I am neutral polarize this response also have fun. All for Love.

You are fine to make your choice. You are getting pushback because you are being misleading in telling people that buying from China is 50/50.

I appreciate every bit of what you are saying. I am brand new and feel as though some are to lazy to share their valuable truths. I have read so much on this forum and it proves to be helpful. I just believe asking questions can lead me to a better understanding and save me loss.
After reading your comments about the US side of this business and being able to do it right here….I’ve began looking on this continent instead. If you have successful interactions with US based suppliers I’d love to connect with you. Some on here just make this even harder.

I'll save you some time. There are no US based TDs that offer high end reps. Your best bet would be a M2M purchase with someone in the US.

WBK is based in the US, yes? He is a TD and seems to have a loyal followiing. Just a thought , maybe I am wrong.
What @BMW760 is implying is that WBK, while indeed US-based, specializes more in mid-tier and low-end reps and typically does not sell from the most popular category on RWI: high-end reps with factories such as VSF, CF, ZF, ORF etc.
Read what Eboy posted. Price points will say a lot about the accuracy of the rep you're buying.

Gotcha. Totally understand. I was just noting that there is, indeed, a TD in the US. Did not know there are tiers. What did I learn today? Tiers.
