How is your half-link situation? Mine is sort of weird. I couldn't fit the full links onto the bracelet unless I used the half links.

Yep I had the same. Seems that the half link connecting to the clasp is unique or some tolerance issue and the full links won't connect to the clasp without the half link first.

A little annoying but I just used the clasp adjustment to resolve the issue.

Same, ended up 2 full at 6 and 3 full at 12.
