Picked up a Summer Blue on the discount deal as well..... at below $300 these are just murderously good price, it's basically a discount of $150+ from the original price of these Seamasters....

I bet you in 2-3 years they'll become collectibles as the most reliable and best 2824 Seamasters around. Unless VS pulls a fast one with another "youth version" Seamaster lol

Looks great. I might fall victim to another Omega of some kind. Shopping now.

Damnit.

You must have paid extra for FedEx. I ordered from Steve as a part of that special, and my USPS tracking has showed "label created" for over a week now

I await my SM 300 on this deal from Steve too...blue on white. "Tracking label created" sent to me 2d ago - I expect a week plus more of a wait.

The price was great - as were the QC pictures.

Same here on a NTTD I ordered quite a while ago. Mine is shipping FedEx however. His explanation regarding this to me was that FedEx arranges a flight every Saturday, but this previous Saturday was a day off for the Dragon Boat Festival.

I've been a bit anxious about the whole thing though because my first shipment was part of that group of Steve's that got seized a few weeks ago. That one showed the same "label created" tracking throughout that whole process. Supposedly mine should be catching a flight this Saturday. We'll see.

Yes, I used Fedex. I never do, yet I felt lucky this time.

Interesting. I've ordered watches through several dealers and used Fedex with all of them. I've never heard about Fedex only making flights on Saturdays. In fact, I've had orders shipped out on Monday, and get to my door by Thursday.

Yeah, I've seen that be the case on several Reddit posts and here as well. I reached out and asked about that specifically yesterday and they responded asking me to wait to Saturday again.

To be honest -- I get the impression that something has happened to the shipment again and this is what Steve has told me to have me wait another week or so while they hope the shipment gets figured out to avoid another replacement or refund.

It's been a little unpleasant unfortunately haha. Original order placed April 29th, replacement order placed May 21st after UPS tracking sat at "label created" for ~2 weeks, replacement tracking received May 28th and it's only shown label created since then. Not sure what to do but wait.

FedEx flies one plane out of Shenzhen daily to Anchorage.

This doesn't make much sense since my package was picked up on a Monday, left the next morning on the daily flight to Anchorage, then Indianapolis, then Georgia.

Perhaps the shipping broker he uses does these kind of delays to keep heat from their back.

(Don't ask how I know the flight logistics, I got issues.)

Ok, so my order was shipped via USPS, and I asked him for a status update. He literally just told me the same thing. "Flight is scheduled to take off this Saturday".

I got the tracking info 2 weeks ago, so that's two Saturday's it's had to get to the US. There's no way both FedEx AND USPS planes only fly out of China on Saturdays...

Man, I have literally used a flight tracker website to find and track the plane my order is "most likely" on.

I'd either make an excellent detective, or excellent stalker.

Did your shipment make it on this Saturday flight out? Steve said the same thing about my USPS shipment, so I'm curious if he's just telling us all the same thing.
