QC Received on the substitute watch - a Luna Rossa 1404. GL as well. I also said I would still buy the 389 if it comes in.
Thanks. I came close a few times, but shit happens. I still want the 389, but I'm not holding out hope it will ever appear.I know you've had a bit of a rough ride but props to you for sticking it and not losing your shit. Very commendable. Hope the watch arrives safely and you can get it on wrist.
I waited 3 months for the arabic daydate. For the 389 PAM it actually is avaliable but I suggest using a dealer that takes a deposit and just being patient. VS has been horrible at delivering stuff that isn't popular lol.Thanks. I came close a few times, but shit happens. I still want the 389, but I'm not holding out hope it will ever appear.
I'm more annoyed that I wasn't told about the issues beforehand.
Were you aware beforehand it might take that long?I waited 3 months for the arabic daydate. For the 389 PAM it actually is avaliable but I suggest using a dealer that takes a deposit and just being patient. VS has been horrible at delivering stuff that isn't popular lol.
Or hunting out M2M they appear once a while.
No but thats what happens when it's nor a Rolex lolWere you aware beforehand it might take that long?
I know it's hard but just remember it's illegal. Replace "replica watch" with "illegal drugs" and sometimes you can see how, even though being a professional and courteous businessman/dealer, things don't go your way.Fair enough. I'll respectfully bow to your experience, even if my professional and personal ethics would make me act completely differently if I were on the other side of the same situation.
So rather than telling you he didn't have access to his VSF connection he told you the watch was out of stock. That is lying.I know it's hard but just remember it's illegal. Let me tell you a recent personal experience of mine, I ordered a VSF 1024 from my dealer (who is a non-TD).
See what I mean? Behind the scenes, while dealers try their best, the illegal nature of the replica game makes it impossible. Dealers try their best with what they can get.
- Okay, he told me it's out of stock.
- I checked with 5 other dealers, they said they could source it.
- So I go back to my dealer and tell him, look, other dealers say it's available to order, why can't you get it?
- He told me, "I can't get it, sorry"
- 3-4 weeks later, he pings me and tells me he can get it. I ask what changed,
- He told me, the VS agent he dealt with was arrested and he didn't have a connection to VS for that time, so he had to build a new agent relationship.
Eh I don't blame him. It's better than him saying it's in stock and then taking my money and waiting 6 weeks before getting it.So rather than telling you he didn't have access to his VSF connection he told you the watch was out of stock. That is lying.
While I would not buy from a non TD, I have bought from 4 different TDs untill I found the one works for me. Never had a QC more than a week and consistently delivering around a month. They have been honest about what he can and can not get. Not to mention very responsive to communication. So it is not a bad idea try different TDs to find the one works for you. They are not all same.
