I ordered three watches > ~$900 and they all arrived well-packed and without incident. They look amazing and I'm wearing the Seamaster 300 now.
I had an unusual payment situation where Western Union wouldn't let me send the full amount; Toro obliged me and allowed me to pay $100 + extra for his troubles via Paypal. Without that, I wouldn't have been able to make this order, so I'm very grateful to him allowing me to bend his no-paypal-for-newbies rule.

I was particularly antsy because of the size of my order and the lack of communication; if you need hand-holding, Toro is probably not the dealer for you. I definitely sent a couple of unnecessary queries due to my nervousness.
However, he was completely obliging with my weird payment method and shipped everything securely and quickly. Having been through the experience and knowing what to expect, I will definitely go with him again next time.

Facts to know
- Toro is not the most communicative dealer out there. Expect terse responses of 1-5 words.
- Count on 3ish days per watch you order before you get QC pictures. Toro will send them as he gets the watches from the makers.
- Picking DHL may not necessarily help. After Toro calls for delivery, DHL can take its sweet time (2-4 days) before picking it up. AFTER they pick it up, you can expect it within the shipping window DHL advertises.
