Ebay don't care I sell jackets on there and the sellers selling the fakes in the same brands **Forbidden Due to Legal Notice**, Moncler etc get reported and carry on selling. Ebay are shocking

Have done GV this forum saved me from making a mistake on ebay, I imagine people can take months to realise they've been scammed

They should have a feature where we can notify buyer directly

So can the buyer do anything once he/she finds out!!??

$5,000 for a fake PAM111 would kill me.

If you buy through PayPal I figure there would be some sort of protection.

This thread should be Suggested Reading for anyone buying from Ebay, this forum is one of the most informative of the many i read, best wishes to you all ))

I would never buy from eBay. Unless it was the same price as the rep.

everything this POS selling is fake...and look at the sales numbers! He sold way too many pieces at ridiculously high prices. He has only a few negative feedback and they all call him out on his bs (he replied the guy who left a negative feedback and accused him of replacing his original movement with a fake one...lol he has no shame either. I will report the seller to panerai bc ebay does not give a shit)

Not too sure if Panerai will do anything with regards to sales happening on ebay. But do let us know what they will tell you (if at all they reply).

Highly doubtful, as this does not detract from their actual sales. Someone walking into one of their boutiques to purchase an item, typically do not seek out the grey market or replicas. Two different customers...

Some of the sellers replies are shocking, he's obviously no concerns about carrying on as he is and at the end of the day he'll just open a new account. The earlier suggestion of having an option of contacting the buyer seems like a great solution. Some of these buyers probably take months to find out they've bought a clone, it's crazy

That PAM127 he has for $13K is clearly a Fake. Really short micrometric screw on the swan neck...
