I had a Vogue SE about twenty-five years ago - when it still meant something to have one. Did 50K in it and it didn't miss a beat. Loved that wagon. Sold when the children came along. It did only do about 12 miles to the gallon, bless it.

and there’s not 100 things that can go wrong with it, unlike Range Rovers

Compared to the Electronics on the Range Rover Vogue, and everything else on it lol, a half decent EV like Audi, BMW, Tesla etc has like 10 times as much to go wrong.
When it does, it usually writes the Car off if it's outta warranty, which they often are (JUST)

Me too, from the original 4 speed manual Range Rover 2 door onwards up to a few L322, 4.4 TDV8's until I sold my last boat.

You are correct in what you say, and just like anything else if they are maintained properly by the right professional or even a good DIY'er with proper tools, they will go on for years

Inertia Switch, happens a lot, sometimes it doesn't even have to be a hard bump either.
In the old days if you knew about this it could be reset by pressing a button down, nowadays it has to go on Dealer Level Diagnostic Machine and be reset in several of the ECU's

Applies to lots of Marques, this is the shit I do for a living these days, (vehicle programming resetting etc) as well as regular stuff, as I have the eqpt and knowledge.
