Refinished means it has been rebrushed ?

Here is another one

I think the crown on the clasp looks suspicious
Refinished means that they remove all indices and coronet, strip the dial down and repaint and reprint it, then place the indices and coronet back. In this case they replaced the original indices with those horrid diamond ones and did a poor job on the printing also. The only thing original is the metal base and probably the coronet, but it's enough that they can still call it original, genuine part. The other one you linked looks like it was heavily rebrushed, softening the coronet on the clasp. The whole watch save for the polished center links has been heavily rebrushed, by the owner as he has eluded to it in the description..

(Newbie question) why not selling in Chrono24 ? I have never bought or sold there but if I were to buy a genuine online I would go there.
I never really had problems with ebay apart from the omega saga and paypal lunacy with regard to holding funds. It is a good platform to buy and sell as long as you aren't wet behind the ears. Tbh I don't sell enough and only really flip low end vintage watches I've grown bored of.
