Ahhh the V's ....a very confusing road.....
please keep in mind that this does not cover the canal street versions, only the better versions
Heres how they go chronologically, but bear in mind some dealers have different names for these models
NoobV1 Very poor , built on a regular seadweller chassis, with an added rehaut and a metal bezel index (V6 on the left, v1 on the right)
Noobv2 First true to size dssd..... ceramic insert, bad case shape, very bad insert
Noobv3 better case shape, better insert, bad 10 on insert
noobv4 same case as v3 , improved dial, still bad 10 on insert
eurotimez v5 perfect case shape, nice dial, great insert flat top triangle
noobv6 perfect case , good dial but still had thick marker surrounds, round top triangle 10 corrected on insert
Unknown factory V7 (actually made by 42PO factory we found out later) Great case shape, nice looking insert, but terrible engraving , great dial with thin marker surrounds (this is the Trevor DSSD) crown guards were not so great
noobv6.3 its a noobv6 with improved crown guards
BP DSSD seems to be using alot of the same parts as the 42PO dssd, has a way better insert and was the first to come with a glass covered pearl
BP V2 Dssd same as the previous version, but the dial fonts were improved alot., also went from blue lume to aqua at this point.
Noob 2014 model or v7 Dssd (or v7v1 now that the v2 was released).
pretty much a way hotrodded v6.3 , new dial, bezel assy, new insert with the perfect triangle on it. but the font color is white on the insert. first noob to have a glass covered pearl and correct aqua lume. gen bezel assy will fit with minor mods
Noob 2015 model or v7v2 or v7.5
same as the previous version, but with silver fonts in the bezel insert. it should be noted that the bezel assembly will not swap with a gen assy like the one in the previous version, as some dimesions were changed
NoobV6S the very latest noob DSSD, 2 different cases, one for the SA3135, with the correct stem height, and the one for the 2836.
This one is made by noob and their new partner . Supposed to be better that everything made before, but in all honesty, i cant tell the difference between the v6s and the v7v2 by looking yet
V6s with 2836-2
looks alot like the 2015 version to me , even the old dial fonts on this one, unlike the 3135 version
