Little bit of trivia about the Eurotimez DSSD : Keep in mind i wrote this in 2013, so things have changed...
"Yes, this was "it" back in the day, the Eurotimez DSSD v5. IMO the best DSSD rep ever made.
To the best of my knowledge, Chris from Eurotimez, had contracted his own assemblers to make these for him and was distributed by Eurotimez.com, so i guess Eurotimez was the "maker".
From what i understand, there was a time when alot of his QC people were missing and they ended up shipping a lot of bad dssds, bad dials, bad pearls, and bad clasps.
The QC problems became overwhelming, i guess, and Eurotimez just faded off into the darkness. Some claim he still owed people money/watches, and just vanished.
After the Eurotimez's demise, the v7 DSSD was released, bearing striking resemblance to the ETv5. Had the thin hour marker rims, flat top triangle, but the bezel insert was not quite as nice as the ET version.
This is the one with the "Trevor" bezel insert.
This v7 DSSD was introduced in 2011, from "unknown maker" , but was actually made by the 42PO factory. "
