For a reps yes they are mate, The dial is pretty much spot on with minor flaws.

Non of them mate.

Mine is using mk-II dial (see the coronet on the dial)+the dial is glossy, while on the link I think is mate dial and having mk-I dial.

About the movt, mine using the A3135, basically is an eta2836 clone (seagull st2100) with 3135 decorations.

I got it from my local TD mate, but I think all RWI TDs can provide you one, just show them the pictures and tell them the descriptions.
