Bill, the Admin/Mod team is trying to get this worked out here and via PM. We will report any news as we receive it. I will admit this process has been slower than I like to see and I am sure the membership feels the same way. (HINT TO TIM) We will all agree the most important thing to see from Tim is re-payment first. It's will take some time, certainly more than a week or two.

I know things about this because certain people very high in the food chain here let me know things before Tim ever showed his face here again. And I will not betray that trust. Furthermore, I do care. Because the last time we let Tim handle things his way, we ended up with Rosemary's Baby.

But I have been communicating via PM with some folks here, and I do believe what I have said to them will come to pass. Honestly, you (meaning the congregation at large) really don't want me to get in front of the brethren and testify. I promise I will hurt some feelings. But there is no need to call me, a member of good standing within this forum, names.

I would like to clarify that, while I have no idea who the "very high up in the food chain" people are, BOD is **NOT** talking about any staff member to my knowledge.

I would hate for someone to get the idea that the staff is holding something back from the membership.

Ive sent PM's to 2 other members. (waiting reply). And noone else has steped forward yet. Im not sure whatelse you want me to do..I talk to d4m daily. He can verify..And ive told him any details i have..I feel this is enough.

One question-- are you able to go back through your own records (paypal, bank account, whatever) to see what orders were placed with you that are still outstanding? My concern is that since it's been more than a year, some of the members that had outstanding orders may not be as active anymore.

what are people to think when a comment is made like this? I know lots of things are said in the admin section, and I am sure some tell their close friends that are also members on the board long before the general public know.
This is wrong, but it happens.
I see it at work, at play, hell even at Little League Board meetings.

I will say this, and then I will STFU and let the powers that be, Tim and those who lost money deal with all this......

What I know and how I know it is nobody's damn business but mine, that person(s), Tim and those who lost money. Just because one of my best friends on the planet happens to be a MOD, does not mean I am being supplied information. I knew alot of things before he was ever put into position here. And quite honestly, he did too. On that I swear on the hair of my son and grandchild, as well as my friends children and grand children. I am a man of honor and integrity, and I am also one of the meanest sumbitches walking the planet. Which means I have enough hair on my sack to hold up for everything I say or do.

With that said, I am not a rocket scientist, I have common sense. And I have played enough poker for enough money to know human nature as much as our resident commie pinko shrink, Comrade Dr. Ron. If you have enough common sense, you don't need to be no dadgum rocket scientist to figure this out, which I did when Tim waltzed back in here with his hat in his hand. And you wonder why I want to leave?!?!?
