I have heard from a person. that i owe 2 bigbangs. Was an unfortunate situation..He had the watches in hand once. He sent them back to me for some small issues, If I recall..Then everything went to shit while i was waiting on his replacements..My intentions are to fully compensate him..But he was the main BIG thing i owed As i recall..He can make himself known if he chooses..Im just walking in the door from work..bbs
BTW the HBB Group Buy i did back then ruffled some feathers also..Cause at that time i was sourcing those items at a lower price. When certian other dealers said they were the only ones with them.

If my memory serves me right there were quite a few more than just two. Tim maybe you cleaned some of this up and no one was told? As was said before we had quite a defection after that incident.

Tim, speaking on behalf of the Mod Squad, you've shown some real courage by coming back after all this time. The easiest thing in the world for you to do would have been just to continue to lie low. In reaching out to D4M, and asking to come back to explain things, you took a helluva risk and that's something that I think not a lot of people would do. What I'd very much like to do is take this to the next level and try and help you to make things right with any members who had outstanding orders with you. I think Watchlover has the largest single $$ order, and that's for about $900 if I'm not mistaken. So, Tim, tell us how we can help you with this? My story: years ago (many) I spent a great deal of time on my DirectTV efforts. For those who were there, I was in at the battery card level almost at the begining, I helped write the infamous "spoofer" for the H-card, and so on all the way out to the Hu Card glitching with a Mikobu III.....Long story short, one day I got a letter from Dave and ended up loosing big outta my pocket with an agreement to never even think about DirectTV. I was messed up like a box of coathangers. I never went back. I didn't owe anything to anyone as they all knew it could end suddenly and badly at any minute. Just google Black Friday DTV.
I was well respected on many forums and embarresed for the position I put my family in all at one time. People just didnt understand when I left without any explaination...Tim, I guess I am trying to say, I can somewhat relate to you. Years later I found myself wandering and again looking and sniffing at a much smarter, stronger DishNetwork setup. So I got back in. Not nearly at the same entensity, but more of a casual user. No stress and no plans to dump anymore eeproms...even though it's killing me not to "see" the dump and toy with it. I sound like a freakin junkie don't I?
The real question for me to you Tim: Do you plan to get back in? At what level? We all understand the risks and the benefits. Is the Darkside important enough for you to commit at a substantial level?
If it is and you do plan to "come back", I'd like to offer my help to anything that would make it easier for you. You did what I could not do....come back.

Tim, your courage in reappearing here is consummate. You are showing an amazing amount of humility and courage by doing so. I am sure you fully expected a right royal flaming from some. Anybody notice that the majority of the worst vitriol is not coming from those who lost the most? I am far too new here to have been around for your demise but the opinion of those who were tells me a lot about you. Even those who lost out big time were defending your honour at the time and showed amazement at your disappearance and surmised that you must have been in a motza of trouble. I know, I can use a search button and can read. What I read is enough for me.
The sort of (almost) hate displayed a page or two back has no place here and disappoints me. Unfortunately RWI seems to be getting more than its fair share of this as well as being expected to pick up the pieces when things go bad on other fora, why? Most folk here are supposed to be adults, why expect RWI to step in and clean up a mess of someone else’s creation? Get your momma’s to hold your hands, not the mods here.
It amazes me how people who, IRL are prober ley capable and proficient at taking care of life's little mishaps turn into child like monsters online. It shouldn't by now but it does. Grow up. take the kick to the head and get over it.
Tim apparently lost out in a much bigger way than any of you, HE WENT TO JAIL. You lost a few bucks. As I understand it he wasn't even in it for profit, he did it for the community that he was responsible for starting in much the same way D4M is doing now. He is by far too much the gentleman to think so but if I were him (D4M) I would be thinking that if this is the way they are treating Tim then why should I bother taking much the same risk. You participate in an illegal activity and you take risks folks, that’s the way it is. Coke or reps, 'tis much the same weather or not your timid lying morality allows you to think so. We are all supporting an illegal activity and, in the case of some of the larger dealers, proberley organised crime as well and the taint is on all of us, like it or not.
Learn to live with it. Tho that seems very hard for some.
That’s my 2 cents worth and my opinion is worth no more and no less than anyone else’s 'cause all animals are equal (except for pigs).
