I just spent 5 hours reading carefully your impressive posts, and i must say : "chapeau bas" !! This french expression states from middle age and means one must put his hat (chapeau) down (bas), because of the presence of a king!

I was looking for a post to understand the differences between PAMs and this one is really complete.
