Disappointed with Puretime.

I think you meant old gamblers rule. The business school I went to had nothing of the sort. I understand this "game" but it's a minimal expectation that you buy something and it works.
If I buy a T.V. at Costco and it doesn't work I return it. OK I know your response is these are reps etc etc etc but what are people supposed to do if they can't fix it themselves

I also have a bad experience with puretime to tell you.
I ordered spare parts of a PAM243 (crownguard and 2 screws). The crownguard was ok, the screws were missing, puretime says that the screws were there, but nothing, I checked. Moral: Money and time lost, missing screws. Never Puretime.
I then ordered other pieces from Torobravo's ... he gave me three screws. Toro: few words, many facts!
