I thought you meant the case sticking out more rounded. You mean that the case corner is rounded off a little more?

This shows it quite well. The Noob lacks the contour - just look at the highlights / reflections on the reshaped case vs the original. Clean / BTF have this down a lot better. Don’t just look at the outline / shape - look at the shape defined by the reflections. The shape itself is perhaps most different on the bottom - the reshaped case is not so flat along the base. Same with clean / BTF with BTF being better IMO

I really think it's just the edge that has been rounded.

This is work performed by Tomrep. The remodeling includes the whole profile, obviously leaving the central part more prominent

this is BTF V1. But the only difference between V1 and V2 are the chrono hands. In BTF V2 they are correct (in BTF V1 they were too long)
