That might not be feasible - the "diamond' markers require pretty good sized holes in the dial that are somewhat cumbersome to work with.

I had to straighten a few of the markers and they took a little extra care to reglue back onto the dial. Fitting a pointy tip marker into that space might be questionable.

I have seen aftermarket dials like you described though. All ice blue with standard markers - not cheap though.

For above , since you went long way with Nikz , you may consider gen case and crown in addition to gen hands of course! Trust me it will sing to you!

So pitty you didnt put gen hands, really would be next lvl for this build

I considered a gem case but Nikz told me it’s not worth the upgrad..
also thomrep told me same..
i also like to see the difference between the CF VS GEN case..
bit can’t find any pictures next to each othe.

but will definitely put the gen hands for sure..

What base did you use to build this watch? A 116509? Did you swap a 116509 bezel onto the 116506 CF base? Thanks

It's a 116509 bro with a dial swap but a bezel swap is simpler really especially going from ceramic to SS.

Does anyone have a JJ dial with the Panna lemon dial in hands?
And if so how’s the quality in real life especially the red Daytona text and the hourmarkers and crown?

I realy like the panna lemon dial.
But don’t want to break the bank for this build.
And want to use this 116520 white CF with the deep xtal and ARF bezel.
And if it’s worth the money for the aftermarket JJ dial I will remove the rehout engraving.
And add small hands.
And source a old style Daytona clasp.

Wow, it was already before an amazing looking Daytona.
But now, with this bezel - this is the cherry on the cake.

What f***ing amazing build. Such a beauty !!!!
