The attached photo is the gen Explorer II. As you see the markers are not white color. What you see from the Rolex website has been "photoshop".

Dial markers can take on a greenish hue after being exposed to a little bit of daylight or in certain studio lighting conditions. If you look at a lot of samples of this model, the markers are generally going to be very white. In any case, this is much different from the grey markers of the Noob latest batch, which is clearly a lume mix flaw.
