Noob pam005: Got it from Hontwatch just before the rep apocalypse. Simply love it. Clean and sharp.
XF pam127: got it from M2M here. Big poppa in watch, big energy here.
KW pam390: my last acquisition this year. M2M. Very classy.

Thats a very nice mix of 44mm pams! Love the Ti models. The 308 hobnail dial is superb!

Pheew I'm leaving RWI for a few days to find out that thread escalated to summits. Crazy PAM collections around here.
Just when I was thinking "oh well, stick to 5 or 6 PAMs, that's all I need", Woundup or patnaboy throw those full watch boxes at my face. Are'nt you ashamed gentlemen ? Seriously, congrats, those are serious collections !
KOT I'm actually going the same route with turning a 005 into a 318. I got a Hfac 005 with Brooklyn bridge caseback and a gen Unitas 6497 for it. I had to change the CP and I wait for a new set if hands in a couple of days, but it should be working early next year.

1.PAM005 HF, which later received a caseback from PAM318, and required also a change of hands and possibly movt., For utmost precision to gen. The project was not finished, there were no hours, but the photos remained:

Yes, this is a fairly common and successful idea, mrsullivan .
Ideally, still use a noob caseset for this, although my HF005 N series was not so bad, but even so, much inferior to him.
But collecting separately the hands, movt., Dial, case, caseback turned out to be too expensive for me, although: this is still probably one of the cheapest options for panerai, make the build as close to gen as possible without using gen (PANERAI) parts ...
Anyway, good luck with this project.

I don't know as it's not the original HF caseback (it came with the Brooklyn on), but it shows an L serie.
I'm on a trip right now but I'll post my little 2021 received items summary later.

been buying and selling all year to see what I really like, I think these are the ones I’ve got in 2021, it’s really a dangerous hobby

My daily has been the 111. Tried forever to get the 985, just arrived and I love it. Most rare are the 243 and 029. Darkhorse favorites are the 727 and 1176.
