I'll post a review on the next few days (I'll try to give it a go on the weekend). Mine arrived a few days ago but I'm a little overwhelm with work these days. But no it doesn't have the ghost position when pulling the crown.

Here it (finally) is!

Serial ending in 5V6, bracelet with 5HF clasp code. All things considered, it's a damn nice rep straight out of the factory.
Only minor details are that is running a little fast (7s/day, just as timegraph QC figures) and crystal isn't clear as VSF subs (as expected).

How does the movement sound. Are you happy with the watch overall

The movement makes a ticking noise (same as my VSF date, you literally have to put the watch on your ear to hear it out). On my gens the noise are unnoticeable, but they are reps and that's expected. There's a chance that a service would mitigate this issue.

I'm pretty happy with it! We've been a long way on the rep community since a few years, we can get a damn nice rep with a good movement, good lumen and no one would suspect a thing unless they fiddle with it on their hands. Straight out of the package, no modding required.

This, Sir, is completely Bullshit. I got several Gen watches, and they all have "ticking noise". thats the beat of the balance wheel :D

Perhaps I may have choosen my words poorly. I meant to say that the "ticking noise" is so quiet on my gen watches that I can barely hear it even o a completely silent room. Maybe I'm getting old and my hearing isn't what it used to be. Maybe it's because they're either new or have been back recently from the service center.

But both my last 2 reps (VSF date and this Clean no date) have louder ticking noise. They aren't loud per se at all, just noticeable - marginally more noticeable than my gens.

Great to find this thread, as I’ve today ordered this Clean Sub no date VS3130. Anyone know if there’s much difference between the ARF and 5HF? I’m brand new to this world so any input would be appreciated.

I think arf makes the 5HF bracelet but I could be mistaken. Arf made lots of the really good bracelets.

I’ve been told that ARF is closed. Can’t find anything of note regards to comparisons between them and 5HF. But hey, as long as it looks and feels good I’m a happy camper.

It’s just me drawing conclusions. I read somewhere that clean was using arf bracelets. I have a sweeeeet clean black two tone submariner with a 5hf bracelet. That’s why I think arf makes 5hf bracelets.
If you look on aliexpress and search arf 904l bracelets you’ll notice how expensive they are and clean bracelets are expensive too.

Not sure my friend, but was told by the TD that Clean make the bracelets. Just looking forward to getting my very first rep. This will no doubt grow into an addiction with a Daytona next on my hit list!

Sounds as good as anything else I’ve heard. The only thing that really matters is that it’s good. I know I’ve got the sickness bad. I want to get a new clean Daytona myself. I’m just waiting to see how the new 4131 does.

Well I’ll look into this info thanks! As I’ve only read (great reports) on the 4130. Ever day’s school day for me in this world! I’ll look out for your comments. Thanks again.

What do you think of the 5Hf bracelet by the way? I honestly don’t know the difference, if at all, in quality or look, to the ARF.

The 5hf is just the code on the clasp. I think it’s a good bracelet. The strange thing to me is that mine is gold and stainless oyster and I’ve seen the 5hf clasp code on stainless oyster bracelets too. I haven’t figured out the meaning or significance of the various clasp codes. There’s a list of clasp codes and the models and makers they were found on but I don’t the significance. Even the gens have clasp codes and maybe the rep codes correspond with the gen counterparts that they’re replicas of but there’s a bunch of different ones for each model so I don’t know.
