So folks are fawning over this as it's CF, but objectively, what is better than the QF - which is weighted and plated?
If we compare the two non tungsten versions :
I can only see that the dial is better, coronet is better, markers better polished, printing is better (note the 3d raised effect) on the markers of the subdials. Maybe it's also the excellent CTime lighting but the subdials have a nice shimmer to them as well.
Rehaut is better finished as with most CF replicas compared to competitors.
The movement engraving is better on CF as well. QF engravings are very thick, Clean is more appropriate. Neither are like gen I believe, looking at gen pictures Clean lacks the thickness and depth, but QF is a little messy.
Won't make a comment about the case shape because people have argued about long pushers and crownguards, personally I see it but we need side by side to make a comment.
Important note is that the Rhodium Plating on the QF tungsten, while impressive is not per gen, as gen has a warm/grey glow to it while the QF is more platnium-esque (aka shinier) without the warm tone to it. So it's impressive but maybe we don't say it's close to gen.
