Its the same design, sure. But manufactureured much more precise.

But yes, there would be improvements even for gen in my eyes

Thank you very much for the feedback, I’ll quadruple check so but I bought an aftermarket Cristal engraved and need nothing to see it.

thats not necessarily the best comparison. The etched crown on my vsf sub is difficult to see also.

honestly I never had a gen GMT in my hands, for what I've seen the reheat at 12 with the crown alignement was the first thing to check, and from videos on gen seem always spot on.
but as I said...whatever...

Just received my CF Bruce Wayne and I gotta say I'm impressed! Everything feels good on the watch - bezel action is actually very good and winding feels buttery smooth. Dare I say gen-like on this one. Will leave it to the experts to opine on how close to gen the insert color is..
Going to see how well it runs on the wrist..

I dont think it can (if you get a watch that isnt aligned) given the crown is etched into the case. Some gens are also not aligned so typically not a big deal but everyone has different tolerances to flaws

Here you go - took some with inside lighting (shades closed) and some indoor with direct sunlight. The angles / perspective makes the watch look huge and my wrists small -

as there are no gen around, you can be the one with the fake that states that gens are fake. and you have the gen XD

Unless you're wearing it to a watch enthusiast meet up noone will know. The public doesn't even know what this watch is, don't think so highly of yourself.

The more likely tell isn't if the bezel is a slight off shade grey but whether or not if you can afford the GMT, or if you have the status to be one of the few that gets first access to the GMT. That's the honest truth of the matter.
