Mine turned up today and the bracelet is fucked one side and looks to be on its way to being fucked on the other side. Hopefully just poor qc. A real shame as the watch head is really nice

Don't remove the wrapping off the bracelet and ask your TD to exchange. am surprised to read this... so far I have no issue on bracelet for my Clean Panda Daytona, neither my family member on their Clean Datejusts
Got a 39 in yesterday. Great piece. Only gripe for me is the crown. Little bit of wobble to it when unthreaded. Overall satisfied!

Hi, I received QC of my order. Can you confirm that the rehaut is not aligned, particularly the crown at 12 o clock? Or is it just the angle of the shot.

Its just you being too fussy. Many gens are not that good, and your TD will probably just refund you and not do business with you again if you rejected it because of that.
I should have been more specific, the bracelets on the 36mm Clean Explorer are all faulty, this is a new 19mm bracelet that is hasn't been available previously. I've now had two break from light use and have seen at least three other people report the same failure. Chances are in the next month or so you'll see many reports of the bracelets breaking at the solid end link. I'm not trying to panic anyone but it happened to both of mine after very short wear. Beware ordering a 36mm until there is confirmation that the issue has been fixed. My two cents at least.

The people who have problems will post it, those who don't won't.
The good news is bracelet are mad easy to return and fix. Just deattach clasp and end links and return the bracelet only. No customs issues for this kind of thing. It's also an easy fix for most watch makers.
My bracelet has no play or any of these issues. The 36 is very popular and hot right now.

The TD I used for this purchase actually wouldn’t let me return the bracelet, I even said only the fixed links are needed, the watch head and clasp are prefect, but he still refused and was actually quite shitty and defensive. Pretty annoying tbh, I’ve been buying reps for a decade and used most of the trusted TD’s, never had to return anything to China and told this TD that. So reluctantly it’s on its way to Hong Kong. I recorded myself packaging the watch and handing it over to the post office, it was received by me and back in the post to him in an hour

Because Hont has the worst customer after sales service, he always returns shit back to HK not China, and out of all TDs he always pulls shit like this. Which is why I stopped using him. He's great if you want cheap price but once he ships the watch he won't ever lift a finger to help you with after sales.

Honestly, if it was Hont, I would have told you maybe not to return it. He has a habit of when you return things, it gets "lost" and he shrugs his hands and you're out both the bracelet and the watch. Other TDs, not so much.

Yeah I tried to save a few a dollars as my usual TD’s prices have been creeping up, and we already pay a massive premium to the Td’s, so I went with Hont, but first watch hasn’t been a good experience. He did apologise for not catching it in QC but that was after I’d posted it back. Before that he wasn’t making any apologies. The bracelet was falling apart and I messaged him within 10 minutes of receiving it so it’s not like I was trying to pull a fast one
