Both are great. Oyster will always be more stable due to less metal parts. But the jubilee is very well done and solid.

Oyster=sportier
Jubilee=dressier

Old movement VR3186 = No Ball bearing, more silent (even gen)
New movement DD3285 = Ball bearing = more noise, like gen

on my submariner with vs3235 there is also a backlash on the hands of the clock) If you just scroll the clock hands clockwise, there is no backlash, if you slightly missed the time setting and you need to slightly scroll the clock hands counterclockwise and then clockwise, then there is backlash)

By backplay, do you mean it’s a staggered feeling? When I move the hands forward on my VR3230, I get the feeling of the gears moving step by step, not smoothly. It’s less present when moving backwards.

What bothers me more is that it says there's a six-month warranty on the watch and I can't open the case back because I'll lose the warranty. But how am I supposed to know what movement is inside then? Unfortunately, there won't be any QC pictures of the movement.

No I mean when I move the hands to set the time, forward/backwards indifferently, it seems that when engage first all the hands assembly has a little spin, not only minute hand

There are TDs and TDs. Some examples:

- Trustytime has a very large archive of Reps, and doesnt delete the ones that arent produced anymore
- CTime has got instant access and good network to CLEAN Factory and Parts on the market
- TheoneWatches provide pictures of the Movement on QC, they open up every watch for EXACT THIS REASON
- Andiot is contactable even during CNY and ships out his stock what he has gattered for CNY.

So you see, every TD has pros and conts.

Frankly, there's a CF for 608 euros and a new insert for 658 euros. I'm a bit concerned about what I'll get, whether it's really the latest version or something from an "older stock"...

For me, when a TD cant tell what he sells, i cancel ordering this from
Him. For CLEAN i recommend strongly @CTime - you get what you ask for at her place.

I just ordered and received one from him . You are correct. he does not know if there is a V3S available but he does not have direct access like Ctime directly to Clean factory. He did send me a V3 which is what I asked for. So you will get the latest version I can assure you that. You can clearly tell from QC if it is the old one but he is very honest and will get you the latest one. I can assure you that. I have been buying from him for 9 years.

If you want the V3S I would say get it from Ctime because they have a direct relation with Clean factory. Andrew does not know the latest iterations of variations available when it comes to finer details and releases like this to do with individual updated parts only on premium models. He takes what they give him basically but his QC is very very good and it will be the latest available for the base price so the V3.

Postman just delivered my V3s. Whilst some of the pics I’ve seen and my QC did have a bit of a ‘Ferrari red’ look to it, I’d say it’s a deeper red IRL. Seems to change depending on lighting too which many have said on this thread already.

Sized and on my wrist for now but it’s then off to my watchmaker for mods!

Wow I think this looks so good. Kind of regret opting for my Batgirl seeing some of these newer Pepsi’s…
