Received my V4 today. Was happy until I saw glue or some sort of residue on the dial. Pretty bummed. Can only be seen at certain angles. With that said my first and last Clean/ZZF.

Yeah, this was JTime, the QC pics supplied showed no signs of this. Asking for a replacement dial. We'll see how it what they come back with.

Not a Rolex AD. But I'd like to ask what is probably a very naive question/ This is my first rep so there's a LOT I don't know... what's the worst that can happen if an AD spots a rep?

Well he can say that he doesnt service your watch - what should he do? Depends on which country you live in. In switzerland its legal to OWN a Replica. the import itself its a problem.
So Cops couldnt get involved. But maybe in other countrys they cut you off a hand. i dont know mate

It’s the angle of the pictures. It’s spot on. Just not the dial unfortunately :-(

Anybody done any gen modifications to their Clean 114060 No Date? If you would want to semi-franken it which parts would you prioritise? Thinking maybe between crystal, bezel insert, dial and hands.
Or perhaps this specific model is not necessary to franken and is very good OOTB?

The clean is pretty good on all those points (crystal aside), it’s the case you want to franken, good luck with that.

New case is probably the best idea wether Noob or VSF not sure.

On the bracelet I've swapped all the removable links with gen links and a have gen springbars coming in as well (just tinkering not that these would add anything).

If you have the funds then any gen part is a good upgrade though in my opinion.

Wouldn’t even need a 5 axis to do it.
We could scan/digitize it pretty easily, but my concerns would be more in the holding during the machining process and then the quality of polishing the to tool marks to perfection.

it depends on you. You can compare rep parts with other rep parts. Gen is gen and needs no comparison. Each of the parts you mentioned is important if you want perfection. I am against light Frankens. In my Frankens I like to add all the gen parts except the movement case and bracelet, I also change the winding crown.

I have a question regarding 116610lv green insert colour clean V3 vs V4
I've read all the hulk threads, and I know the factory made v4 slightly more yellowish to be more gen like.

However I can't see much different between V3 and v4, at least, from photos.

My question for members that have both zzf v2s and zzf V3/VSF, do you see the colour difference in real life?
