watch looks beautiful, makes me wanna get one too however I have a 14.5cm wrist, does it come with 2 sets of straps for mix and match for smaller wrists and how much adjustment is there by changing the fixed clasp pins to bring them closer?

One of the pictures shows the clean version with a chipped bracelet tower and the chip is silver/steel in color not gold. Gen has chips as well but there is no discoloration.

Can anyone post their clasp photos for this model? I think my piece has a bad weld for the closing tongue, QC pics showed this and would like to compare whether this is how Clean does this, my Noobs all had clean weld here:
