As far as I’m aware, that’s a Sky Dweller exclusive patent. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong

Edit: just took a quick look on genuine sales and indeed all the crowns are in different positions, so I was recalling correctly

Oh okay, because all Gen Daytona Golds I held in hand had an upright crown.

Coincidence I guess. I just took a quick look up CH24 and out of 5 watches not a single one had the crown in the same position, either yellow or rose gold

Just checked, my gen is upright as well.
Probably newer models are upright while some older model years are not.

I don't get it - the whole reason I never pulled the trigger on the panda Daytona from NOOB was because I just could not ignore the red "Daytona" text color difference to gen. Where before we were too bright/pinkish, now we are too dark. Why can't they just fix this lol

Should have done what we all did
Get a decent arf v2 dial and replace the noob dial. Markers were in my opinion much worse than the Daytona red.

Yea totally, just was much more of a stickler when I first started the hobby than I am now & much less experienced so didn't want to go through the hassle. Honestly haven't a clue what is considered the most accurate OOTB these days; guessing it's Clean.
