Paying 400 euros for and improvement that is just marginal could be seen as a waste, since you can appreciate it only under a loupe.

Not only under loupe bro, the thing is that it looks totaly different on every angle on the wrist, all daytona rep hands are too flat
looks like only new factory btf daytona make the hands with 3D look

IDK, you could notice a difference on the wrist from your POV, but again, is it worth it? No one else is gonna notice and I can't even appreciate considerable difference with my gen one.
I'd rather get another rep with that money lol

I have gen hands and buff hands and I can hardly see a difference - probably only under a loupe.
Prices went off the roof lately and it becomes hard to justify the expense at this point.
When they were ~300USD and we had noob hands then it was a necessary upgrade
Crown is also something you can "feel" more than hands imho...but prices for that also is pocket unfriendly

Buff hands are not bad but still are too flat, they dont show what they need to show, 3D look, you can clearly see on this photos difference on gen,have all the edges glowing, almost yellowish on the lights

Is this a white only problem? Black seems fine to me...For those people who couldn't appreciate the difference between the subdials:
As you can see they are totally wrong, they are fat and the color is not correct as well.

Same problem on black, the black one has the correct color for the chromalight dial, but the subdials are still too fat

I can still say JF with 21J was the most accurate version of 116520. (with Noob bracelet.)
