I have only one cf brother
bezel is genlike for me, engraving getting little darker from wearing because of getting dirty and graesy but when you wash it the engraving is extremly bright again

I have gen crown installed, tube is a hair little short for gen crown but it screws down nicely and it is waterproof so no problem

Done this too, now only takes 1.5 turns to lock…

Does anyone have a close up pic of the CF V2 9’oclock subdial? Preferably one without the hands obstructing the view? Some folks claim the number is to close to the inner edge, and I’d like to see how large an issue it is.

It’s close to the inner edge on the gen. The numbers are not vertically centred on the dial even though they probably should be. Rolex dial typography is crap

I recieved this pictures from private source saying it is clean v2
how can i know if it is v2 dial?
Color depends on lightning, no v1 dial to compare
is there any other thing where i can confirm it is v2 ?

Yeah, i know that v2 have some numbers in left subdial are very close to inner edge but i saw latest v1 dials with numbers close to inner edge also

You could always ask to get a photo with the dial on top of a standard piece of bright white copy paper in direct sunlight or direct indoor soft white light (or both). If he can tell you the brand and/or brightness of the copy paper, you can them take the same picture with your v1 on top of the same (or very similar) copy paper and compare. This of course would not be as good as a side by side picture, but it maybe close if you have a good reference color and similar lighting in both pics.
