As you have a Porcelain white 16520 masterpiece, go for the black 12

Ok, you went there lol. Here goes:
Gun to my head, I’d take the white dial, only because my Subs and GMTs are black.
I honestly love both equally and have to have both. White always sportier and summery. Black can be sport and even dressy.
Forced to choose only one is considered Cruel and Unusual punishment in most of the world

The 116520 hasn’t been updated. Still at V3 with flaws (subdials still shiny, wrong serial code in case, wrong crystal gasket) The 126500 looks flawless right out of the gate.

Yeah this one will come firstI’d think its easier do the 126519 first since is the same Bright Black (sun burst) dial as Le Mans but with silver sub dials, and because of the closed case back.

Is this visible on the overall appearance of the watch or when disassembling it?

Black dial. It's more formal, distinguished looking and can be worn with a tux as well as a t-shirt & jeans. The white dial is more sporty and can be worn in more casual situations.
