Coke? Really? I've always found soda to have a bit too much carbonation for cigars...maybe it's just me.

Benediktinas (Lithuanian honey liqueur)
Good Grappa
Cognac
end of cigar moistened in said liquid

maybe on at a time would be best also

+1 on the rum.... Give a Cuba Libre (rum & coke) a try as well....

I take my rum neat with a cigar, but I've always preferred the combination to cognac or single malts.

I've been having coffee with my smokes more and more, and it really does help bring out the flavors in both the cigar and the coffee!
