Looks like people who ordered from Toro had their packages seized. Maybe Toros packaging is easy to spot during customs (excessive tape, use of stamps, hand written address, etc)? I have no idea as I havent ordered from Toro yet, but plan to eventually. Also, if packages with multiple watches end up weighing a certain amount similar to drug shipments (exactly 1kg or whatever) those can be flagged as well based on weight.
I'm on the west coast and watches Ive ordered show up extremely quick. I can order on a monday or tuesday and have the package by end of week with EMS
That said, people who have packages routed through Chicago sorting might try having their watch sent to a relative on the west coast and then have that relative repackage the watch and ship it via priority mail.
