He is talking about screws fixing the dial but doesn't explain where they are located. (It's not like 3135)

It's just friction fit bro. Find a spot on the dial underside where there is a gap between the side walls that hang down. Insert a thin screwdriver at the joint between the movement and the dial underside and gently twist it to raise the dial.
