Improving the insert alignment is actually pretty easy. All you have to do is remove the insert from the bezel and re-glue or re-tape the insert back into a better position. The insert can be gently pried from the bezel with a spudger or flat head screw driver (it's taped in place). I believe the only way to remove the insert is to remove the bezel assembly first so you can get under the insert and work the spudger (or screw driver) around the underside of the insert. Unfortunately, I've read some members have had a very difficult time pressing the bezel back on once it's been removed. I can't remember what the issue(s) was, but I know there have been issues. Personally, I've removed and pressed-back my bezel several times without issue, so I guess it's luck of the draw. In any event, if you don't know what you are doing or don't have good tools, it's probably best to take it to a watch repair shop. If you want to repair yourself, a link to the bezel tape you will need is below. Also below is a link a gen click spring that will nicely improve the bezel action (at least it did for mine). Good luck bro!
