The 'Hulk'is a contemporary Submariner, most Chinese copies are pretty close already.

A good addition would be a nice comparison of the dial font and its placement with gen dials. Currently I doubt there is anything out there that gets you close to a gilt or matte MK dial.
At least some nice shots of the dials would be helpful.

I love the Vietnam, but.. the viet gmt hand annoys me. Too pointy.. Which other hands would fit this case and dial?

Yep, 100% the DG3804B. Crazy low price for the movement, but it can come with its reliability issues depending - I would guess it works well more often than not though.

Now that's apparently a tough question to answer, I didn't source the parts for the build so I can't say. It seems like if you have a watch built, the more popular builders on here either have stock or know how to come by them. Wish I could say
