I was just wondering because something seemed strange to me. Aren't the hour markers mixed direction. I think 4, 5, 7, 8, 11 are wrong because the short part is inside.

Correct, but nevertheless tag heur would not mix the hour marker. Seems that this is not a general issue of that version but s.th. to look for on QCs.
