Gen and XF, both dials look grey-ish here whereas the dial on tag website looks dark . Could it just be lighting?

No critical parts are interchangeable with gen. How is it a true clone? More like a decorated 7750.

Sub dial spacing is off so can't use gen movement with rep dial. Can't use rep movement with gen dial.

Crown on the rep sits lower, so the case would need to be modified in order to fit gen movement.

Converting a stock 7750 to a column wheel design is rather more than decoration. It is in fact a 7750, with a completely redesigned chrono module. Far from a trivial undertaking.

I see your point, but how easy would it be to buy gen parts of a limited edition Heuer 01 to make a franken, anyway? And the regular gen is not expensive enough to justify the effort of a franken build imo.

Thickness is 17mm as per video, which puts me off a little. Wanted this one over the 45mm due to small wrists, but the chunkiness of it remains the same as the 45mm
