I think that's not bad for the price (120$) however it's definetly far off from the original one. Kuared dial cost more than double, but I think I'll pull the trigger and buy its one.
It looks like a decent option for a mk3 dial
I dont think a gen size viet dial will fit that bp case set , the rehaut opening is probably larger than that.
I would suggest a raffles gmt case set, with a viet bezel if you are going to go with the bivintage dial

I guess doing this the lume will be affected/covered, am I right?I wouldn't attempt to age that dial in any way, the biggest issue is the color - though there are gens' with a color fairly similar to your dial. You'll notice the dials have not 'aged' in any noticeable way other than the lume plots changing from white to something close to sepia - the black paint doesn't age, it's the binder in the lume that ages.
If you want to tone down the color on your dial then I suggest purchasing some water based matte varnish, some water based paint in the beige/cream color range and mixing the varnish with the paint to make a wash that you apply with a paint brush - 00 for the larger plots, 0000 for the small squares around the outer edge.

Hroudland makes an NH34 homage, maybe that could be a starting point
It's about $250 on AliExpress. Would probably need a DW overlay though.
I've already placed an order for this example. Right now trying to source for an NH34-compatible dial. Any referrals would be highly appreciated. I don't mind the Hruodland crown or clasp and wouldn't start looking until I find the right dial.
