Hi, polishing would not work. Patina starts when contact with skin happens, but it can be removed. it will be shiny/brushed like but never polished.

Hi guys, just finished a new build, it's a 6154 with a custom dial, check out the pics, please:

Check out the dial feet and sandwich dial construction

A nice 39 mm sandwich dial, superlumed using Nemoto. Dial was painted, radial effect added with lathe, and finish with matte varnish. Especially proud of the coin edge spacer

And I tried a new technique in strapmaking as I was making a nice one for this new build.
I wanted a slimmer strap but using thick leather. So I drilled the leather and reinforced the lug bar holes with cross pattern stitching:

Never seen it before so I hope it's unique lol

This little build features a dial that I had in mind for a long time, a bare brass dial with amazing Nebula patina

It turned out quite amazing, and I modified the dial a bit and used two tone lume to set it off.
