I see valid points from both sides of the debate.
However I don't think this is a debate that will obtain conclusive agreement from both sides.

To that point maybe we should agree to disagree but also appreciate all the key points from both sides.

Then in your own mind you can consider all points and mediate with yourself when the occasion occurs.

Just wanted to try and make this neutral again :)

Last Friday I visited Richemont Sydney to drop off my PAM (000) for a service. On my wrist there was a noob 292J with Gen ASSO strap which looks more gen than a gen. I quietly took it off my wrist before approaching their front door. If I had it on my wrist I bet they would never call it out anyway. But I feel better that way. Its true you can do what you feel but to me (knowingly) have a rep on my wrist in the AD's door is very uncomfortable even I also got another gen in my hand. It's just not right to say the least. By the way they quoted me approx $500 for a standard service :(

I don't care what you see as valid. READ THE RULES!

OK I will read the rules. But at least have some general respect for individuals?

I gaurentee you at some point, it will always come back to bite you in the ass one day.

I first came to RWI when my handler adviced me to get a hobby as part of anger management. Inasmuch as I'm now tempted to dive in, I'm only 'allowed' to read this thread. Carry on.. :D:

@ WIZ-
correcting etiquette can be viewed as rude, normative laws are not physical laws....

cuse me, cuse me, I spek a da englesh. He say, some body rude in da house!

JK, I can only speculate and this is difficult for me to understand as well. Sounds like he is saying, to correct someones type/speak can be viewed as rude. The normative and physical laws are in reference to something in this thread that I didn't read correctly or follow.

Thanks! :)

However, I might have missed something here, I don't remember correcting anyone's spelling.

I kinda hate how reading through this thread can make you forget what the thread is about in a matter of minutes.

See, I'm the opposite, it's good to forget some things.

It's a shame that you saw some Breitlings with diminished quality. Everyone I've handled is a joy and a real beauty. Maybe it was so stiff because it was brand new? I know the bezel on my Tissot is much looser now than when I first purchased it.

On a side note: This forum represents 1% of the people in the replica watch world. The rules of the forum apply here, on the forum (i.e. don't talk about wearing a watch into an AD). But outside of this forum, who really cares? Do what you want. RWI is not God. It's only when you speak about it, you are breaking the rules here.

Cheers!

Best post I've read in this thread, and I wrote some of them.
