Strap is crap...put the watch on my wrist for a few seconds and strap looks worn out already. I don't know what's going on w GF and the date fonts but for whatever messed up reason, they keep chaging their date discs with inferior ones. I just got a new one and the date color is not as good as what it used to be. All the TD pics as well as the comparison pics shows raised, thick, bold white color for the date and the current version is faint and more like super light grey....I have a few QC pics from tds and a few others from the recent sales..all showing the same thing. Just like what they did for the avenger gmt 2...first batches had perfect date discs and now they have wrong ones.

Unfortunately this is nothing but a marketing gimmick. There is ZERO change in this version other than the rubber strap. I just received ine last week and according to td , they are all same, mine did come with the canvas strap. If anything mine has better hour marker colors but I bet this is just a lighting issue. This was a super rep already and the darker hour markers (which is really not visible in flesh) was the only potential upgrade yet as you can see from the pics, there is no change what so ever on the dial.

TT did the same with the Tudor BB Red Rose V4 when I was in the middle of ordering one. Suddenly they were advertising a V5 and my TD said the only difference was it was a V4 on a strap instead of a bracelet.

But what’s the point? As someone already said the V2 you go on and on about is EXACTLY the same.
You do this on every thread you post on, making people think you have inside knowledge when you are just regurgitating info from other forums. Just calm down a bit with the “wait for V.x nonsense.
