So i was wondering.... Breguet are mostly very very classical watches (not talking about the Marine line. Many criticize them for looking like "old mans" watches. And sometimes it feels so. My thought was how to make a Breguet more youthful and lively.
I came up with the idea to put it on a bright blue color. Specifically a Jean Rousseau nubuck alligator strap in a custom color. And the result: I'm enjoying it's new self very much. It's like my Breguet Tradition 7057 got a new life:

New Marine Models, 5529 (Chronograph) & 9518 (small diameter with Diamonds)...lately it seems that Breguet models are not repped often...why ?
As someone that has recently started reading more about watches/watchmaking, I have found a great appreciation for Breguet. I just received their catalog in the mail (with a hand written note from the manager in NY) and I have really enjoyed going through the book and drooling. I wish that there were more reps of these as they are some of the best watches ever crafted.it seems that Breguet models are not repped often...why ?
