BR03's are non-existent! Does anyone have a source?

Seeing how I started this thread I figured I should check in on it.

Spoke to Lucy a week or 10 days ago. She is going to be away and not in communication will mid Feb. Her stock went waaaay up with me. Get this: I bought a Hysek Abyss from her late 2013 and shortly after getting it two problems developed. The crown got all loosey-goosey (felt like it was going to fall off) and the winding of the watch felt "slippery" like it was not really catching (both problems obviously related) AND one of the small Allen screws in the clasp seemed stripped and could be turned with fingers.

I contacted her and while it did cost me about $25 to return it it came back to me about 3 weeks after sending it and it was fixed perfectly!

She is also knocking $30 off my next purchase.

She says the B&R will be coming out and from what she hears the quality will be good.

I hope this is true as I would buy a SS / Black face and the Black w/ blue hands & numerals if they are better than the first gen of reps that no one has anything too good to say about.

If not, I've decided that I will buy a Gen. I have a $100 off cert from Authentic Watches and their price is the lowest anywhere. They also ship for free.

Will keep you in the loop if I hear anything.

Oh finally some news! This thread has been dead for too long. Great to hear about your Hysek and good service from Lucy.

As for 03-92, Sead told me to shot him an email after CNY and that it will maybe available then so fingers crossed. I hope mine and your news are true and that you wouldn't have to spend $2500. Although I would like to see nice pics of the gen but that would mean that I wouldn't be able to get a rep of it so this isn't really the best option. hehe

I hope we will finally hear something after sooo much waiting!

That last thing was what I asked myself too as I would sometimes like to read some threads from some members but I can't find them anymore in their history. ://

I heard that and also heard how much it could be. But not really interested in that watch, however there are few of them on the list like Ploppy, CrPO, few PAMs, Hublot... :/ But first 03-92, then we will think about others. :thumbsup:

I'd love to see some better 03 reps, but due to the lack of popularity, I'd bet they they'll just be doing another run of the existing line of 03 reps.

For those thinking about gens, they can be had for quite a discount on the second hand market. It's always worth owning at least one gen .

None of the BR03 models (gen or rep) have screw down crowns.

Me neither ^ I just opened a thread and asked if anyone has pics of 01 on smaller wrist (7.1"). I think I'll go with it as this 03 thing doesn't look good. We are waiting for half a year now and nothing.

To ask the same here, does anyone know how 01 wears on 7-7.5" wrist? A lot larger than let's say PAM 111 or AP Diver? Any pics?

My first rep (2007) was a BR01 chrono pvd. My wrist is 6.8" and it wore about the same as a manual wind 47mm Radiomir. They are pretty thin - I say go for it!

I never had a Radiomir so I can't compare but I know a lot of people saying it's pretty thin so it don't wear so big. I think I'll go for it! Thanks for helping me out!

However, if someone has any wrist shots with 01 please post it anyway.

It is here and it is awesome. Even good lume (except the hands) Don't have the tool to change the strap though.
