Wtf did i just do?
I wanted to do the BPSD Franken Project at a later time because I am moving to another house and just bought a new Kitchen yesterday.
I dont know why, but I just bought a TC 93160A, TC Dial, TC Hands and a GEN 16600 Insert (Brand new in blister).
Dont tell my wife lol[emoji23]
And I added a GEN 704 Crown to the Noob Tube. A GEN 7030 Tube didnt fit directly, I guess I need to re tap the case [emoji19]

how do you mod the insert to fit the rep bezel??
What I have got until now for my BPSD:

I've got one incoming. Will post some pics once I got it.
On that, anyone knows if the SA3135 will take gen hands? I saw a post back in 2012 that said it won't. Not sure if anything changed.
Also does a gen bezel insert snap in or do we have to sand the insert in order to fit the rep bezel?

Looks Fantastic!Some QC pics of the BPSD with SA3135 that's coming my way soon. Not asking for any opinion as I have already accepted the watch, hope it's not against any rules.
Certainly does. The date positioning looks the best I've seen on any rep, flawless.

Yes the date wheel alignment is really good. I must say the general quality of the watch is really good and to my untrained eyes, the bezel insert is the only obvious tell so far.
However, there are smudges under the crystal. Will need to find a watchsmith to service the SA3135 movement and clean up the crystal. It's really hard to find one that deals with rep in Singapore. Hopefully I can find a gen bezel insert too in the meantime.
Do you guys know if the gen bezel insert will fit right in or do I have to sand the insert in order to fit in the rep bezel?
Cheers thanks... It's just I ordered one with 2824 movement 19th Feb and still not had QC pics checked with my TD he says factory's short of parts but should hopefully get it next week.

Well finally some good news , I have acquired a NEW IN PACKAGE genuine 16600 Bezel and insert as well as a NIP Genuine crystal. @Maron @M_Hall @kdo2milger @Turbo350z @GC @Lartamia @Timmetje83 @xj4sonx @lukko @botsyboy @Raddave Thank you all for the support and encouragement. The biggest thanks though goes out to Adrian @ado213 for his most Brilliant crystal mod and his constant help and determination to see this project complete.
